Scrap and build” policy is dictated by the “will of capital
he current profusion of fake political news concerning Ukrainian War hinders our ability to understand it. It is widely believed that Putin of Russia had invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2023. And so he did, but who, in reality, drove him to it? Who pulled the strings? The assassination of president John F. Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963, was formally attributed to Oswald, as the only culprit involved in the act. Yet nobody knows for sure who made him do it; or indeed if there was someone else responsible for this atrocity? The answer to both questions is: the will of capital. What is the “will of capital”? Defined as the capital’s power to control and influence our actions, the will of capital derives from the instinctive human desire for endless growth. Yet this growth cannot be achieved without “scrap and build” philosophy. The war (scrap) and the recovery (build) follow each other. The longer Ukrainian war continues, the more country’s infrastructure will be destroyed, sending American and European businesses to rebuild it. It takes trillions of dollars to assist the ongoing Ukrainian war, and it will take many more trillions to repair the damage. If the “will of capital” is looking at the ongoing Ukrainian war, it must be feeling very happy indeed. Think about it: who represents the will of capital?
